Lead futures stabilized overnight after oscillation, with LME lead closing slightly lower and SHFE lead forming a doji [SMM Lead Morning News]

SMM reported on July 18:

Overnight, LME lead opened at $1,975.5/mt, rising slightly during the Asian session. It then dipped before rebounding in the European session, touching a low of $1,967/mt. After trading in the doldrums under the pressure of the intraday moving average, it rallied to close at $1,978/mt, down $0.5/mt or 0.03%.

Overnight, the most-traded SHFE lead contract opened at 16,825 yuan/mt, rising slightly to touch a high of 16,845 yuan/mt in the early session. It then fluctuated rangebound around the intraday moving average, eventually closing at 16,825 yuan/mt, down 45 yuan/mt or 0.27%, and forming a doji.
